We currently offer delivery to Singapore addresses only.

We use Ninja Van for our standard delivery service.

Standard Delivery

Delivery fee: S$4.90 per order

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully received.

Most orders are expected to be delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, order volume, public holidays, weather conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed on working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery or tracking information where available.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, missing, or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

We will work with you and the delivery service provider to investigate the issue.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or incomplete, or delivery access is not possible, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.
